Old Vines Grenache 100% from our best slate vineyards at altitudes between 850 and 1050 metres.

Average age of the vines is 70 years, and the yields were under 1 ton per acre.

The grapes were picked into small cases, selected by hand on a selection table, and fermented in small lots (1,500 to 6,000 kg) in concrete tanks.
