100% old vine Garnacha
(+40 yrs) from slate and quartzite soils, and with yields of less than 3000 kg per hectare.
The grapes were picked into small cases, selected by hand on a selection table, and fermented in small lots in concrete tanks.
Aged for 4 months in 100% French Oak casks
